Predestination (2014)

Rob's Review

'Predestination' is an Australian 2014 sci-fi movie written by the Spierig brothers.

It follows a time travlleing investigator that is on the hunt for the "fizzler bomber". Before I start this is not an average sci-fi movie (Is there ever such a thing).

The story is. Well. Hmm. Its not bad. Its quite the opposite. Its amazing. All I'll say is that it's certainly a movie that is filled with the predestination paradox, google it. If you don't know what that is. If I say anything else about the story, it will ruin it.

The acting done by Sarah Snook, who plays "Jane", is amazing. She is able to convey a wide variety of character and emotion.

However. As much as I loved this movie, it is a little weird. As a result, it may not be a movie for everyone. Again I cant say why. It will ruin the movie. But this aside, this is possibly the best sci-fi from Australia, if not the world, I have watched.
