Nic's Review

This movie is fine. It's not great. It's not terrible. It's entirely enjoyable, just don't expect to remember it for years to come.

 

The all-star cast seems to be enjoying themselves and the plot is intriguing to say the least, keeping you guessing until the end.

 

The only thing that prevents 'Now You See Me' from being a classic is the average writing. Plotholes and inconsistently uninspired dialogue poke through here and there but even this is really only noticeable in the first act.

 

Altogether I ended up enjoying the movie enough to recommend it if you want a forgettable yet enjoyable film to pass 2 hours of your time.
