Before 'Kick-Ass 2' makes its debut in cinemas next month, I thought it was the perfect time to review the first film 'Kick-Ass'.

 

I remember when I saw an ad on TV about Kick-Ass, I thought it was just another rip-off, parody comedy movie like 'Epic Movie' or 'Superhero Movie', man, was I so wrong.

 

This movie is so hilarious that it offers nothing, but a fun time to the audience. Jokes work pretty much all the time, and it's a little nice to see something different in a superhero film, where the lead character Dave has no super powers, his inspiration is "How come no one has tried to being a superhero?".

 

This film also has a lot of swearing, and I mean a lot, and it is really violent.

 

Overall, Kick-Ass is a well made film, that I think is really hard not to dislike the film.
